Antonio Gervasoni takes on a select number of commissions and teaching engagements each year. If you are interested in working together, the best first step is a conversation.
Gervasoni accepts commissions for concert works across all formats—orchestral, chamber, vocal, operatic, and theatrical—as well as original film scores.
Every commission is different. The scope, instrumentation, duration, and timeline of each project shape both the creative process and the terms of the agreement. For this reason, fees are discussed individually, based on the specifics of each project.
If you have a commission in mind, please get in touch. The conversation is always the starting point.
Gervasoni offers private instruction in composition, orchestration, and film scoring for advanced students and emerging professionals. All sessions are conducted online, making his teaching accessible to students anywhere in the world.
His students include composers in the final years of undergraduate study, recent graduates seeking to deepen their craft, and working musicians looking to develop specific skills. There are no fixed schedules or minimum commitments—sessions are arranged according to each student's needs and pace, whether weekly, fortnightly, or on an occasional basis.
Gervasoni brings to his teaching the same rigor and curiosity that inform his compositional work: eighteen years of university-level experience, a Master's degree in Composition from the University of Birmingham, and a body of work that spans the concert hall and the cinema screen.
